AVANGAR & M19 gave up on their current rosters

The PEL Phase 2 results have not been very optimistic for the CIS region — only Natus Vincere have shown pretty strong results by the end of it.The PEL Promotion Tournaments have also shown disappointing results for the region — no teams have managed to advance to PEL Phase 3 by its results.CIS region is ought to imminent changes and two of the region's powerhouses announced they're giving up on their current rosters, and it is just the first step on the way to the grand reshuffle before Phase 3.

While most of the squad is in search of the new home, TheWanderer has already hinted that he has found the new squad to participate with in the next stage. The biggest achievement for the teams has been the first place at GLL Season 2, where they've managed to win the event without a single first place behind their backs.

The most heartbreaking for most is of course AVANGAR who gave up on their roster, which was expected to be the strongest in the region at some point when they've picked all the top performing players from 4 different team. Team's management already declared they are in search for the new squad to sign, while the rest players are currently available for transfer.
