PGC 2025 Format, Venue, and Prize Pool Revealed

The developers of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS have announced the venue, prize pool, and format for the year’s biggest tournament — the PUBG Global Championship 2025.

The championship will take place from November 28 to December 14 in Bangkok, Thailand, across two major venues: CentralWorld PULSE Bangkok and Siam Paragon Bangkok. The event will feature an initial prize pool of $1.5 million, which will increase through crowdfunding via the Pick’em Challenge.

PGC 2025 will be split into several stages. The group stage will feature 32 teams divided into two groups. The top five teams from each group will advance directly to the Grand Final, while the bottom three teams will be eliminated. The remaining teams will move on to the Last Stage, where 16 squads will battle for five more Grand Final spots.

In total, the Grand Final will bring together 16 teams: the top 10 from the group stage, five from the Last Stage, and one directly invited regional representative.
