17 Gaming won PUBG Global Series 1

The Chinese squad 17 Gaming won the PUBG Global Series 1 LAN tournament. The team made 82 kills and scored a total of 157 points in 18 matches, trailing their closest pursuer by 33 points, in the Grand Final.

Acend from Europe finished in second place, while Tianba from China rounded out the top three. Twisted Minds took fifth place at the championship, and Natus Vincere aretenth.

17 Gaming took home $80,000 and 200 DPC qualification points for the win, while the runner-up went to $35,000 and 120 points (see below for prize details).

PUBG Global Series 1 took place from April 27-May 7 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The PGS1 prize pool was half a million U.S. dollars.
