BBL Esports bid farewell to coach and 2 players
Turkish eSports club BBL Esports has officially announced changes to its roster for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS. The organization said goodbye to two players - Tugay "Quetpa" Demirel and Anıl "Thenderlost" Arslan - and coach Onur "Onur" Özdemir. All three have represented BBL Esports since February 2022 and all three are now free agents.
The official announcement does not specify the reasons for this decision. Only one player, Furkan "Smashbae" Sanli, remains with the club at this time. It is not yet known if BBL Esports will be assembling a new PUBG lineup.
BBL Esports finished in 18th place at last year's PUBG Global Championship 2022 in Dubai and earned $16,700. The team received an invitation to the PEC: Spring playoffs.
