Make sure to link your KRAFTON ID account to your Twitch account to be eligible for the Twitch Drops campaign!

HOW TO CONNECT

  1. Login or create your Krafton ID, link your platform (Steam or console) and your Twitch account
  2. Watch eligible streams for 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes to unlock each item per watch condition
  3. Claim your reward on Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory) to unlock the reward in PUBG
  4. Open the game client to officially retrieve your reward(s)

FAQ

Which streams do I need to watch to get drops?

Twitch Rivals, team captain channels (Mithrain, xxxthefocusxxx, WackyJacky101, LittleBigWhale, DanucD, KayzahR, Moonryde, GaGOD) and all participating streamers with Drops enabled tag will count towards earning drops. All active campaigns and their conditions can always be seen on this Twitch page.

How can I check my progress towards the next drop?

You can track your progress on the Twitch Drops Inventory page.

Can I earn drops faster by watching more than one channel at a time?

No, you will only be eligible to receive a drop for one active channel at a time. Watching more than one channel simultaneously will not result in more drops.

Do I need Twitch Prime to be eligible?

No, you will just need KRAFTON ID and Twitch account that has PUBG in the library.

How long does it take for drops to land in my PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS inventory?

There might be a short delay before the items appear in your PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS inventory. This can take up to 30 minutes. While you wait, make sure your account is properly linked to Twitch and your gaming platform on the KRAFTON ID page.

How can I make sure my connection works properly?

Your Krafton ID (formerly PUBG Global Account) must be linked to a platform as well as to your Twitch account. Check https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections to confirm that Twitch recognizes your connection. If not, unlinking and relinking their Twitch account on accounts.krafton.com should resolve the issue.
