Legacy players are temporarily restricted from tutorial
The developers of PUBG: Battlegrounds have temporarily restricted legacy players from the game's new tutorial modes in order to reduce the load on matchmaking. Information about this appeared in the official Twitter support service PUBG:
[PC] Due to an increase in players trying out the new tutorial modes, delays in matchmaking have increased in certain regions.

As a temporary measure we have disabled tutorial matchmaking for Legacy players.
