New weather effects would be added for Karakin & Sanhok

Dataminer ASJ_sapphics has shared images of the new weather effects found in the game's test client files after the release of 10.3 Update. According to ASJ_sapphics, twilight will appear on Sanok, and twilight, sunset, and overcast on Karakin.
