PUBG Corp. rolled back skin purchases and banned a few players
PUBG Corporation canceled the purchases of esports skins made this morning. Users affected by this rollback received their EP points back. The information about it was published on the official Twitter of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds support service:
[PC] We are in the process of rolling back certain purchases of PCS1 skins from the Esports Store made between 11- 11:15am KST due to purchase issues affecting players.

Those affected will have their EP restored and can then repurchase the desired skins from the Esports Store.
The root of this actions have been revealed in twitter later:
[PC] 1-week bans have been issued to players who intentionally used an exploit to gain additional EP.

Players who used this exploit also have had their EP restored to the correct amount.
However, not all players have been banned, for example PlayerIGN showed his achievements:
