Minor hotfix deployed as a result of maintenance

Last night PUBG server maintenance would have been unnoticed without the game developers pointing out all the work they've put in the hotfix.

PC Players: A minor update has been applied to live servers. Please restart Steam to receive the update.
- Fixed an issue where after holstering a cooked grenade, the grenade wouldn't be removed from your inventory.

Pretty sad that with all the things that should be done to the game we are still receiving this kind of fixes. At least we have heard recently about the PUBG LABS Report-1st Skill Based Rating (SBR) Test.
