Silent steps should be fixed this month

PUBG Corp. developer team have reported they are aware of the issue that has been in the main client for a while - the silent steps on certain types of surfaces. It took them a while to make an announcement promising to fix it instead of just doing the thing. This aspect of the game is pretty crucial for all FPS games.

Later this month, we're implementing a change to resolve an issue where footsteps on carpeted surfaces are near-inaudible in certain situations.

We'll also be providing an updated sound improvement plan, detailing our plan for further sound improvements based on your feedback.
