Dev team has discoverd the reason behind the servers issues

Official twitter reports the game devs have discovered the server instability the North American players have been experiencing lately. However this only concerns this region only, but other regions have been working pretty bad as well.

PC Players: We've investigated reports of connectivity issues experienced on NA servers since Patch #17 and found ping-based matchmaking is not functioning correctly for NA servers.
We are investigating the cause of the problem and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Within 1 day this issue has been resolved, however the server side performance is still pretty bad at the moment.
