Third wave of false bans
Another one wave of false bans occurred yesterday - innocent players have been banned and still no refunds from the game developers, only apologies.
PC Players: We're aware of the current situation with bans that were issued in error from 03:30 AM KST/ 11:30 AM PST / 20:30 PM CEST.

Once we have identified the cause we will begin to remove bans from all affected accounts. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Though this issue has been resolved it is quite frustrating this thing occurs three times in a very short period of time.

The removal of these bans is under way, but it may take up to 5 hours for all bans to be lifted.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this error.
Back during the Early Access stage of the game the game developers at least gave the players some minor refunds such as bonus Battle Points.
