Esports World Cup 2026 to Be Held in France

The organizers of the Esports World Cup have officially announced that the 2026 event will take place in Paris, France. The announcement was made on the social media platform X.

The PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS tournament at Esports World Cup 2026 is scheduled for July 21–26 and will feature 24 teams competing for a $2 million prize pool. The festival itself will begin on July 6 and include competitions across 24 disciplines with a combined prize pool of $75 million.

Initially, the event was expected to be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as in previous years.

As a reminder, the 2025 PUBG Esports World Cup took place from August 12 to 16 in Riyadh with 24 participating teams and a $2 million prize pool. The tournament was won by Twisted Minds.
