PUBG’s Peak Player Count Surpassed 900,000 in July

In July, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS reached a peak of 944,000 concurrent players, an increase of 166,000 compared to the previous month, according to data from Steam Charts.

Despite the rise in peak numbers, the game's average monthly player count dropped by just over two percent compared to June 2025, nearing the 300,000 mark.

For reference, PUBG's highest peak and average player counts were recorded in January 2018, when the game averaged over 1.5 million players per month and hit a record peak of more than 3.2 million concurrent players.
