PUBG Improves Anti-Cheat System in Latest Maintenance Update
During today’s server maintenance, the developers of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS implemented improvements to the game’s anti-cheat system. The update was confirmed via the official PUBG Support account on X.
We’ve enhanced the functionality of our anti-cheat solution, specifically aimed at responding to the recent use of illegal programs.
- This update strengthens the system’s ability to analyze behavioral patterns of cheaters and contextual interactions between players, allowing for more precise detection of abnormal in-game activities.
- As a result, we expect a noticeable reduction in encounters with cheaters and an overall improvement in the fairness and quality of the gameplay experience.
In addition, we will closely monitor real-time detection and enforcement based on the upgraded capabilities, and continue refining the precision of our anti-cheat system through ongoing data analysis.
Earlier, PUBG Studios also announced the exact release time for Patch 36.1 on consoles.
