PUBG Faces Issues with New Arcade Mode After Patch 34.1
Following the release of Patch 34.1, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS players have encountered new bugs affecting the recently introduced arcade mode. The developers acknowledged these issues in an official post on the PUBG Support account on X.
After the #34.1 update, we are currently investigating the following issues.
- Intermittent server crashes when using the 1v1 Arena mode.
* If a crash occurs, the message 'Network delay detected' may appear, and you may be forced back to the lobby.
- The message 'The match has ended. Returning to the lobby.' appearing when attempting to spectate after watching the Death Cam.
* We have confirmed that this issue persists even after the update and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will provide further updates regarding these issues as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
This comes shortly after the launch of several in-game events celebrating the update, which introduced weapon balancing, vehicle reworks, and the new 1v1 arena mode. The team is likely working on a fix, but no further details have been provided yet.
