New NVIDIA Driver Fixes PUBG Crashes on RTX 5080 and 5090

The developers of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS have announced that crashes affecting computers with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 and 5090 have been resolved with a new driver update. The information was shared on the official PUBG Support account on social network X.

We have identified an issue where crashes occur more frequently when using the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 and 5090.
To resolve this, we have been working with NVIDIA, and a new driver update addressing this issue has been released.
We recommend players who are experiencing crashes while using NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 and 5090 to install the latest driver - GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 572.24.

The new driver is available and can be downloaded from the NVIDIA official website.

If you continue to experience crashes or encounter any other abnormalities after installing the new driver, please report the issue to PUBG Support with the following details:

  • System specifications
  • Graphics driver version
  • Detailed description of the issue

All submitted reports will be reviewed in collaboration with NVIDIA to determine further actions.

Earlier, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS introduced a new arcade mode, the 1v1 arena, as part of Patch 34.1.
