PUBG Encounters Bug with New Chest in «Black Market 2024» Event

A bug has been reported in PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS involving a new chest in the «Black Market 2024» event. The issue was confirmed by the official PUBG Support account on social network X.

Following today’s #32.2 update, an issue was identified with the newly added Black Market 2024 Cyber Threat Crate in the Hideout.
When purchasing this crate with Contraband Coupons, the tiers of the obtainable Gold Plate - SLR and Silver Plate - SLR skins were found to be incorrect.

- For purchases made with G-Coin, there were no incorrect tiers.

The issue was fixed at 12:43 UTC, and purchases made with Contraband Coupons now show the correct tiers.

For those who acquired wrong tier Gold Plate - SLR or Silver Plate - SLR skins with Contraband Coupons, we will exchange them to the correct tiers sequentially.

If you salvaged or exchanged these items for BP, we will compensate the difference between the Epic and Elite tiers by providing 160 Polymer per item.

A separate announcement will be made once all replacements and compensations are complete.

Our apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

Recently, the developers also announced new skins set to launch this November, including those for the Black Market 2024 event, skins celebrating the PUBG Global Championship 2024, and two collaboration releases.
