The PUBG Global Series 5 Championship, which concluded with a victory for Twisted Minds, attracted significant viewership, peaking at 273,000 concurrent viewers, according to analytical service Esports Charts. This figure is slightly lower than PGS 4’s peak by about 14,000. Throughout the event, an average of 118,000 people tuned in simultaneously each game day. Over the course of 28 hours of live broadcasts, PGS 5 accumulated 3.3 million hours of viewing time.
Held from October 21 to 27 in Bangkok, Thailand, PGS 5 featured 24 teams from around the world competing for a $300,000 prize pool.
