PUBG player count peaked at 800 thousand mark in September

According to Steam Charts, the average PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS online audience in September increased by more than four percent compared to August 2024 - the average monthly audience of PUBG once again exceeded the 290 thousand mark.

Peak online in September was 807 thousand players, an increase of 88 thousand from the previous month. This is still the highest figures in the last few years.

Recall that the highest peak and average online figures were recorded in January 2018: at that time, PUBG was played on average by more than one and a half million people per month, and the maximum number of players exceeded 3.2 million.
