Gen.G dismiss PUBG lineup

South Korean eSports club Gen.G has announced the complete dissolution of its PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS roster.

All four players and coach Cha "Pio" Seung-hoon, Hwang "DG98" Dae-kwon, Kang "taemin" Tae-min, Seong "Seongjang" Jang-hwan and Go "Esther" Jeong-wan have left the team. According to the official announcement, the esports athletes' contracts with the club expired.

Gen.G finished 16th at the last PUBG Global Championship 2023 in Thailand and was awarded 36 and a half thousand dollars in prize money.
