Pio returns to Gen.G

Renowned South Korean eSports player Cha "Pio" Seung-hoon has returned to Gen.G Esports as a player. The names of the rest of the team will be announced later.

Recall that Pio played for Gen.G from 2019 to 2022, after which he became a streamer of the club. Last February, he assembled his own Baegopa team, with which he entered the top 3 at PUBG Continental Series 7: Asia and finished 17th at PUBG Global Championship 2022. Throughout his career as a professional player in PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, he has earned over $900,000 in prize money.

Recall that in early January 2023, Gen.G Esports announced the complete dissolution of its PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS roster. The club became a member of the Global Partner Team Program.
