Heroic signed fifth player

Young Finnish eSports athlete, curexi, has become the fifth player of Heroic's PUBG: Battlegrounds squad. With the updated roster, the team debuted at qualifiers for PUBG Continental Series 5, which runs from August 20 to 22.

The last update for the Heroic lineup was in March of this year when Finnish player Jere "Jembty" Kauppinen was replaced by Dane Benjamin "Beami" Steffensen, who had been playing for Bystanders since the middle of last year. In addition, Valtteri "Vazku" Jussila returned to the team from Omaken Esports.

Heroic won the ESL PUBG Masters 2021 online tournament in April and earned $12,500 and 200 PGC qualification points.
