ENCE quit PUBG

Finnish eSports club ENCE announced the closure of their PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS division and their departure from the discipline. Since December 2022, only two players remained in the team - Sami "SkaV" Vaarala and Saku "SKUIJKE" Sajakoski. They are now free agents.

This decision was dictated by recent changes to the structure of the esports component of the game, which, according to the official announcement, the organization is inexpedient to keep the lineup for PUBG from a financial point of view.

ENCE signed its first PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS lineup back in 2019. Over the years, the club has earned $390,000 in prize money in the discipline. ENCE finished 16th at PUBG Continental Series 7: Europe and did not make it to the PUBG Global Championship 2022.
