Bangladesh police arrests over a hundred PUBG Mobile players

Law enforcement authorities of Bangladesh detained more than 100 participants in an illegal tournament on the mobile version of PUBG (the game is officially banned in the country).

Most of the detainees were students, 24 of them have already been sentenced to two days in jail. Police are checking the age of the remaining participants - all individuals of legal age will receive the same punishment.

Bangladesh banned PUBG Mobile and Free Fire last summer. According to the authorities, these games harm young people by making them violent.
