Ibiza left Team Liquid; considers retirement

Dutch eSports athlete Jord "ibiza" van Geldere announced his decision to leave Team Liquid. Ibiza thanked the club and his former teammates and added that he has not yet made up his mind about his plans for the future. He will decide whether to continue his career as a professional player or start streaming in the coming weeks.

PGC 2021 was my last event with the the team, 4 years i played under the Team Liquid banner and i couldn't be more grateful. I wanna thank the team for the way they handled the process, alot of teams out there could learn from this. I wish the boys goodluck, everyone is extremely hardworking and it sucks we couldn't bring home PGC.
Team Liquid allowed me to explore my options going into the 2022 season and I will take my time to evaluate my next step.
Whether i'll keep competing or peruse a full-time streaming career will be determent in the upcoming weeks. Feel free to reach out.
Thank you.
