AMD fixed PUBG performance in the most recent driver

AMD have released a new version of drivers for Radeon graphics cards (Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.11.2), which, according to the description on the official website, has fixed the problem with the performance of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds:

Some specific map areas or cities in Player Unknown’s: Battlegrounds™ may intermittently experience stutter or performance drops.
