Reduce the pre-game lobby waiting time from 1 minute to 30 seconds

The pre-game lobby is wasting a lot of time to players. Please reduce the pre game lobby waiting time from 1 minute to 30 seconds.

I play with my friends almost every day and it bothers me that we have to wait 1 minute when the pre-game lobby hits the desired amount of players. And we play about quite a few games, if we play 15 games, then its 15 mins lost. Besides that, this waiting time is taking 1 minute of 100 players (100 minutes) making a total of 1 hour and 40 mins overall of wasted time PER GAME.
