New PUBG Global Series Season Announced

The developers of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS have revealed details for the next cycle of the PUBG Global Series, which will feature PGS 7, PGS 8, and PGS 9. The first tournament is set to begin tomorrow.

After two circuits in Seoul, the PUBG Global Series is moving to Shanghai, China. PGS Circuit 3, featuring PGS 7, PGS 8, and PGS 9, will take place across three weeks from August 5 to 23.

Circuit 3 also marks the beginning of the second half of the 2026 PGS season—and from this point forward, the numbers change. Every series in Circuits 3 and 4 will award twice as many PGS Points as the first half of the season.

The series will offer a total prize pool of $500,000, with $100,000 awarded at both PGS 7 and PGS 8, while the PGS 9 Finals will feature a $300,000 prize pool.
