PUBG Fixes Console Bugs

The developers of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS have resolved several issues affecting the console version of the game. The information was shared on the official PUBG Support account on the social network X.

A hotfix was applied today at 05:00 UTC to address several issues that have occurred following the #38.2 update.

  • An issue where certain sounds were continuously heard abnormally.
  • [PlayStation] An issue where trophies were intermittently not unlocked.
  • [PlayStation] An issue where settings were reset.

However, for newly created accounts on PlayStation, the issue where environment settings are being reset continues to occur. We are currently investigating this and will work to resolve it as soon as possible.

  • This issue does not occur on accounts created before today's hotfix.

Regarding the issue below, we are continuously investigating the root cause and proceeding with the necessary work for a fix. We will apply the resolution as soon as possible:

  • An issue where HDR is not applied on PlayStation devices.

We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused.

We kindly request all PlayStation/Xbox players to log in to the game after updating.
