PUBG Player Count Declines for Third Consecutive Month

In September, the average monthly player count for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS dropped by nearly six percent compared to August 2025, once again falling below the 280,000 mark.

Peak concurrent players in September reached 707,000 — down 17,000 from the previous month, according to data from Steam Charts.

For comparison, PUBG’s all-time peak was recorded in January 2018, when the game averaged more than 1.5 million monthly players and reached a record high of over 3.2 million concurrent users.
