SkaV Joins FUT Esports Ahead of Esports World Cup 2025 Qualifiers

Turkish esports organization FUT Esports has announced a new addition to its PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS roster — Sami "SkaV" Vaarala has joined the team to compete in the Esports World Cup 2025 qualifiers.

The 25-year-old Finnish pro replaces Alexander "vard" Gouge, who recently departed the team and signed with FaZe Clan. SkaV has previously represented teams such as ENCE, Zoekt een Naam, and Saunabois, among others.

FUT Esports most recently placed eighth at the PUBG EMEA Championship: 2025 Spring, but did not qualify for PUBG Global Series 7 & 8.
