Daytrade Gaming claimed the top spot in the PUBG Global Series 8 standings following the first day of competition, where teams from Groups A and B faced off in Shanghai, China.

After six matches, Daytrade Gaming secured 31 kills and amassed a total of 59 points. Natus Vincere and 17Gaming closed out the top three, while Geekay Esports currently sits in fourth place. Twisted Minds is ranked sixth.

The action continues tomorrow, May 13, with matches featuring Groups B and C.

PGS 8 runs from May 12 to 18 and features 24 teams from across the globe competing for a $300,000 prize pool.
